If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any item within 14 days of dispatch for a replacement or full refund. Simply return the item in its original condition to arrive with us within 14 days of the invoice date.
Please email us at email@example.com or via the contact form on the site detailing the item you wish to return and reasons why. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item) or if the item arrives damaged or is defective in any way.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item to us.
In order to qualify for a refund (unless the product is defective) the item must be in a re-saleable condition and be in it's original packaging with any tags or labels still attached.
You should expect to receive your refund within a maximum of 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Please note, if the item is not in a re-saleable condition, Pango are not obliged to offer a refund.
