The following terms and conditions are for your information. Please read them carefully before you purchase items from Pango Productions Ltd. By using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions:

‘Pango’ means Pango Productions Ltd
‘buyer’ means the firm or company who purchased the goods from Pango
‘contract’ means the contract between the Pango and the buyer which shall be deemed to incorporate these terms.
‘goods’ means any goods agreed in the contract supplied by Pango to the buyer.

Orders received from EXISTING CUSTOMERS will be processed on receipt on a strictly 30 days credit basis.

Orders received from all NEW CUSTOMERS will be processed on a proforma basis.

Buyer information

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide Pango with the correct information. Please ensure that the contact details entered are up-to-date and accurate.

Currency

All Pango products are sold in British pounds (GBP).
All prices are subject to VAT.

Delivery

Stock permitting, Pango will endeavour to supply the buyer’s order within 10 days.
Delivery will require a signature so please be certain to have the goods delivered to an address where someone can accept the parcel.

Any special delivery instructions must be noted in ‘ORDER COMMENTS’ box when completing your order.

Carriage

Should the order value of the goods be over £125.00 then carriage will be free of charge on mainland UK orders only. Should an order be under this value, then carriage shall be charged at a flat rate of £6.50.

Risk in the Goods

Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.

Ownership of the Goods

Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until Pango has received in full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods and carriage. Until ownership of the Goods has passed to the Buyer, the buyer shall hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the company’s bailee, maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition and not destroy or deface any identifying mark on the Goods or their packaging.

Payment

Payment shall not be deemed to have taken place until the receipt by Pango of cleared funds.

We accept payment by cheque, BACS or PAYPAL.

Price of goods

These will be the price shown on website on the date of the contract. Any changes to pricing on the website following an order placement will not affect that specific contract price and will only change on subsequent contracts.

Refunds

If an item you have received is damaged or there has been an order shortfall, please inform us within 48 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent or a credit note (customers choice) for use against future orders.

Should you not be satisfied with the order, you must notify us by e-mail (hello@pangoproductions.com) within seven working days from date of delivery that it is your intention to cancel your order and that you are returning the goods.

The buyer is responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us including the mailing costs. The item/s must be returned in the original condition in which they were received - unused and in their original packaging. We recommend that you return the goods with the appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit.

A full refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the purchase.

It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive with us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Pango Productions Ltd cannot accept any liability for any indirect or direct loss as a consequence of using this website or any of the products or services purchased from Pango.

Pango can only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum of the total purchase price of any product or service sold from the this website.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed in all respects by, the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
